State-Specific Rights

The DMD Healthcare Communications Network℠ Privacy Policy Hosted by DMD Marketing Corp describes the personal information that we collect, the sources from which we collect it, the purposes for which we use it, the limited circumstances under which we share personal information, and with whom we share it. The following are additional disclosures required by one or more state-specific laws.

California

Categories of personal information collected. The personal information that the Network, DMD, and/or Clients collects or has collected, from consumers fall into the following categories established by the CCPA:

• Identifiers such as your name, email address, postal address, and public domain government issued identifiers such as your NPI number
• Internet activity including browsing activity and interactions with Network member and/or Clients websites, including any website where relevant advertising might occur.
• Inferences drawn from any collected information or in combination with information obtained from credible third-party sources.

Categories of sources of personal information.    The sources of personal information that DMD utilizes, includes information provided by you to a Network member, or Client website, interactions with content the Network provides to you, any website where relevant advertising might occur, and databases maintained by governmental health care registries and trade associations.

Categories of personal information disclosed for a business purpose. The personal information that Network members, including DMD, disclose about consumers include the following categories established by the CCPA:

• Identifiers such as your name, email address, postal address, and public domain government issued identifiers such as your NPI number
• Internet activity including browsing activity and interactions with Network member and/or Clients websites, including any website where relevant advertising might occur.
• Inferences drawn from any collected information or in combination with information obtained from credible third-party sources.

The business purpose for which personal information is collected and discloses is to enable DMD, its Clients, Network members, and any website where relevant advertising might occur, to send you professionally relevant information.

Categories of third parties to whom personal information is disclosed.  We disclose personal information to Network members, Clients, and any website where relevant advertising might occur.

Right to Request Access to or Deletion of Personal Information. You may have the right under the CCPA to request access to or deletion of your personal information. If you wish pursue these rights, please call us at 1-847-813-1170 or email privacy@dmdconnects.com.

Right to Opt Out of Sale of Personal Information. You may have the right under the CCPA to opt out of the sale of your personal information by DMD.

No Discrimination. DMD will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
